Founded in 1982, Shaoxing Nanyang Dyeing and Weaving Co., Ltd. is a professional enterprise engaged in dyeing and finishing of decorative fabrics and garment fabrics. In order to respond positively to the government's call to enhance the competitive advantage of textile industry, promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial economy, and at the same time control the quantity, improve the quality, save energy and reduce emissions, the first batch of contract-gathered coastal industrial zones were signed in 2011 and moved to coastal industrial zones as a whole in early 2016.

The company now covers an area of 102 mu, employs 1200 people and invests 400 million yuan. It has six workshops specializing in the dyeing and finishing of decorative fabrics and garment fabrics. It has advanced dyeing and finishing equipment at home and abroad, and has an annual production capacity of 450 million meters for dyeing and finishing all kinds of fabrics.

According to the concept of creating green printing and dyeing agglomeration put forward by Keqiao District, the company closely revolves around the main line of energy saving and environmental protection in the process of project implementation, and carries out transformation and upgrading in the following aspects:

1. Equipment upgrading: Taking advantage of the opportunity of gathering and relocation, the company upgraded the equipment, eliminated the backward equipment, introduced the advanced gas (liquid) flow dyeing machine with low bath ratio, and also introduced the continuous pretreatment equipment. The moderate pressure steam heating is used in all the stereotyping machines imported by Korea Ri and Rising Company, and the energy utilization rate has been greatly improved.

2. Technological upgrading: The company actively cooperates with scientific research institutes of colleges and universities to improve the original traditional process, adopting one bath method and short process technology, which greatly reduces the consumption of additives and dyes, not only reduces the production cost, but also greatly reduces the emission of pollutants, and improves the competitiveness of the company in the market.

3. Management improvement: At the beginning of the company's gathering, the company cooperated with relevant units to develop an ERP management system suitable for the company's actual situation. The company's ERP system from the workshop operation management, formula management, quality management, cost management, sales management, dyeing and chemicals management, grey cloth and finished products management, coping and receipt management to achieve the company's fine management, standardization, information, automation, improve the management level and product quality of enterprises, reduce production costs.
